IWD2024: Ondo Senator, Jide Ipinsagba celebrates women

As the world commemorates International Women’s Day, the Senator representing Ondo North Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Pastor Jide Ipinsagba has emphasized on the significance of women in the society.

The Senator  in a message to women in Ondo North Senatorial District described them as role models worth celebrating.

Senator Ipinsagba said he will continue to do everything within his capacity to ensure that women in the senatorial district enjoy dividends of democracy.

“I celebrate our women today as always. Your importance cannot and will never be underestimated as you play key roles in Nation building”.

He reiterated his commitment to the empowerment and enhancement of women, especially those who are facing challenges.

The lawmaker congratulates the women folks on the occasion of the International Women’s Day with the theme “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress”.

Senator Ipinsagba used the medium to call for more women involvement in governance and affirmation of the percentage allotted them in public offices.
