Ondo school free shuttle buses back on the road

…As Omole assumes duty as SA on Transport

The Ondo state government has re-introduced the free school shuttle buses stopped in 2020 due to covid-19 pandemic in the country.

This was in fulfillment of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s promise to cushion the effect of the removal of fuel subsidy on residents.

In an interview with the Special Adviser to Mr Governor on Transport, Olugbenga Omole on his resumption in the Ministry of Transport, disclosed that the free school shuttle buses will resume operation in all the designated routes in the state on Monday 22nd, of April, 2024 as students resume to school from the holidays.

Akogun Omole, advised the students to comport themselves as they board the school free shuttle buses.

He thanked Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for keeping to his promise.

Noting that the cost of transportation by parents on their wards before will now reduce to no cost.
