…..Seeks collective effort for Aiyedatiwa’s victory in November Guber poll.
The Deputy governor of Ondo state, Olayide Adelami has called on all stakeholders in Ose local government area of the state to close ranks in order to win the November 16 governorship election.
Adelami who made this call during a meeting of Ose APC leaders in Owo on Friday, said the only way to win the governorship election is for all stakeholders to work as a team, urging them to surpass the previous election results in the local government area.
The meeting initiated by the Deputy governor, was to mobilize for the success of the election and broker peace between the House of Reps member, representing Owo/Ose federal constituency at the national assembly, Timehin Adelegbe and the Commissioner for Agriculture in the state, Olayato Aribo after years of political disagreement.
The Deputy governor called on the two political leaders to sheath their swords and unite all the leaders in the local government before the November 16 election.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of the party in Ose local government, Chief Ladi Tenabe, eulogised the deputy governor for his leadership style and promised to work with all stakeholders in order to ensure victory at the polls, come November 16,2024.
Speaking on behalf of the warring factions, Adelegbe appreciated the efforts of the Deputy Governor at bridging the gap between Owo and Ose people and promised to mobilize for the victory of the Governor in the November election.
In attendance were Chief Oredola, APC Senatorial Chairman (North),Hon.Olatunji Oshati, member, House of Assembly (Ose), Hon.Sola Oluyede, SSA to Mr.Governor, Hon. Dennis Alonge, Commissioner, Local government service commission, Hon.Enny Omosule, Dr.Jide Owoka, Hon.Yinka Richards ,SA Special Duties and Comrade Taofeek Olawale, SA Political and Public Policy.
