A Non-Governmental and social group, The Light Sisters Club is five.
To this end, the Club will be embarking on Medical outreach and educational empowerment to commemorate the 5th Anniversary.
In a press statement signed by the President of the Club, Mrs Olajumoke Abegunde and Secretary, Mrs Adebola Olaseeni, a HPV vaccination will take place on Tuesday, December 17th at St. Louis Grammar School, Owo, while Medical outreach will be held on Wednesday December 18th at Mapo Hall by 10 o’clock in the morning.
According to the statement, the anniversary lined up activities continue on Thursday, December 19th with Educational Empowerment at Mapo Hall, Owo by 11 o’clock in the morning.
The Light Sisters Club notes that the outreaches are part of efforts at giving back to the society in good spirit.
The 5th Anniversary will be capped with a get-together and funfair on Friday 20th December, at Oba Olateru-Olagbegi Civic Centre, Oke-Owo by 12 noon.
