Hon. Ologede congratulates Odusola-Stevenson on appointment as OSRC DG

The Lawmaker representing Akure North State Constituency in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Kolawole Ologede has congratulated Kenneth Odusola-Stevenson on his appointment as the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the Ondo State Radiovision Corporation, OSRC.

This was contained in a statement signed and made available on Friday.
He commended Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for the choice of Odusola-Stevenson who he described as man with proven leadership skills to turnaround the fortune of OSRC Media Group.

The Lawmaker added that the well deserved appointment is strategic and timely considering the sorry state of the station which he said needs urgent intervention for revival.

Hon. Ologede said OSRC as the pride of the people of Ondo State and the cradle of broadcasting needs strategic and visionary leader who will reposition the Corporation in line with the realities of the 21st century media practice.

He asked the new appointee to bring to bear his years of media management skills to transform the OSRC Media Group ( OSRC TV, Orange 94.5FM and Sunshine 96.5FM) to better inform the people of Ondo State in line with the mandate of the present administration.

He expressed optimism that under Odusola-Stevenson’s leadership, the three broadcast stations of the Ondo State government will be well managed to fulfil the purpose of establishment.

Hon. Ologede, who is the chairman of Ondo Assembly House Committee on Education, also congratulated the former Chairman of the station, Kunle Adebayo for his impact and wish him success in his future endeavours.

Governor Aiyedatiwa had in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan on Wednesday announced the appointment of Odusola-Stevenson as the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.
